Technology can only support but not replace diagnosis. Medical technology thus helps them 100% as probably their diagnostic abilities are limited or look at this only from unitary and not holistic angles. Now any one can be a Doctor howsoever dull in minds they are ! Probably the entry norms got diluted even there as these institutions need/make money. ![]() The hankering for medical college admissions and the limited seats has given rise to private medical education with capitation fees. Even today some of the best Specialists are from Public hospital domains. Everyone used to go to Public hospitals for treatment but slowly private practitioners took over because of all that which ails public health institutions. Public health is supposed to be Government’s domain.
